VISITOR REGISTRATION

Visitor registration is free, gives access to the Opening Ceremony, Exhibition and Coffee breaks.

Access to conferences is not included and requires registration as a congress attendee.
As badges are mandatory for access to the site, registration is required.

CONGRESS REGISTRATION

There is a fee for congress registration. It includes a congress bag, access to the Opening Ceremony, the congress conferences, the exhibition, coffee breaks, and the AFTES Opening Cocktail Reception on Monday evening (12 October 2026).

The cost varies depending on the registration period, the length of your participation, and your age on the day of the congress.
10% VAT is applicable on registration fees.

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR BADGE

As part of their participation, exhibiting companies receive a number of badges included with the rental of their space. The number varies depending on the area reserved. It is possible to purchase additional exhibitor badges, which give access to the Opening Ceremony, exhibition, coffee breaks and the AFTES Opening Cocktail Reception on Monday evening (12 October 2026). Access to congress conferences is not included.

To order additional exhibitor badges or submit your personalised accreditations, you must first have an Exhibitor Group Area, created by the Registration Secretariat.
Your login details, username and password, will be sent to you by email so that you can log in.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

LUNCH

A lunch area will be set up within the exhibition to offer you a sit-down lunch every day, consisting of a starter, main course and dessert, including wine, water and coffee.

Lunch reservations must be made online by 1 October 2026.
Places are limited, so don't wait until the last minute to buy your lunch tickets.
Tickets will not be sold on site.

GALA RECEPTION

NEW: this year's gala evening will take place on Tuesday 13 October 2026.

Location: Palais de la Bourse, 40 place du Théâtre, Lille
Planned activities: Aperitif, dinner, entertainment and dancing are on the programme!

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellations may occur. Only written requests sent by email will be accepted, with the date of receipt serving as proof.

Refunds will be processed according to the following deadlines:

Cancellations received on or before June 30, 2026
Refund of the registration fees, minus €100 including tax for administrative costs.

Cancellations received from July 1, 2026 onwards
No refunds will be issued.

Payments made online by credit card will be refunded to the same card.
Bank transfers will be refunded in euros after the event. Bank charges will be borne by the participant.
